Terms & Conditions

By entering this site you agree to abide by its terms and conditions. The placement of an order online indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Pole Classes and Courses

You must pay one month in advance. You will be issued with a membership card that must be shown to the instructor and they will take a clip every time you attend a class. There will be no cash refund or rollover of clips once your membership has expired. All places must be booked online as places are limited in each class.

Licence Fee

Every student must pay a licence fee unless you purchase a Gold membership or are a member of Total Fitness.

Taster Sessions

All places must be booked and paid for online.
All taster sessions are £10 and are fully refundable against a Silver or Gold membership package.
All Total Fitness members get 1 FREE taster session

Drop in Sessions

All drop in sessions are £20 and must be booked online to reserve spaces, limited places apply.

Ribbon Days

All places must be booked and paid for online
All Ribbon Days are £17, this includes a grading fee and a badge
Ribbon Days are held every three months. This is where all students are graded and awarded with certificate and ribbons. Students are also asked to perform their routine to the school

Pole Jams
Pole Jams are FREE to all students currently on a membership
Non members must pay £10

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop and add any items you wish to buy into the shopping cart. By submitting your order, you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details onto the people we may subcontract out to deliver.

All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you via e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or security issues.

Product Availability

We do try to keep the website up-to-date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out really quickly. When this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be frustrating and are working hard to stop this occurring. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated, but goods are subject to availability and some delays are out of our control. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.

Credit Card Security

At Pole ‘n’ Tone Ltd, all online purchases take place safely using the latest internet security technology to protect our customers. We encrypt your entire transaction, including your credit card information, to ensure your purchases with us are private and protected. We accept orders only from web browsers that can use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers now support this.

Your payment details are held in an encrypted format until we process your order. This additional level of encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information that you send us.

Payment

You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect or Maestro. We do not accept American Express. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details, including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user.
There is a 2.5% charge for using a credit card.

Pricing

If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required. (Errors and Omissions accepted). All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order.  However, we aim to dispatch orders within two working days and delivery can take an additional one to two days. This can be subject to availability, but you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

Orders are sent via courier and must be signed for so they can be tracked if they go missing. For all orders shipped to the rest of Europe or outside Europe, please contact us for a quote before purchasing your Item.

We will need a signature when the items arrive with you so we recommend you use a daytime address e.g. work address. You will be notified via e-mail once the item has been dispatched.

Complaints

At Pole ‘n’ Tone we are proud to offer a fast and efficient online shopping service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please contact us. We do need to know if things do go wrong so we can continue to improve our customer service.

Returns Policy & Cancellation Rights


We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within seven days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For a refund, fill in the returns form you will receive with your delivery and include it in the parcel along with the item(s) that you are returning. Goods are returned to Pole ‘n’ Tone International Ltd at your own expense. Please note that, when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Always retain proof of postage.

Items received that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item in perfect condition.

Privacy Policy

At Pole ‘n’ Tone we take your privacy seriously. We also want to use this great technology to treat you as real customers in the old fashioned sense of the word. We have drawn up these brief guidelines so that you know your information is secure. However, internet technologies are rapidly evolving so these guidelines are subject to change.
 
We ask you to supply the following information during the ordering process:

- mailing address
- email address
- telephone number
- credit card details
- we may ask for some demographic information for user profiling in aggregate form.

We use this information for the following purposes:

- to send you the product that you have bought.
- to charge you for the product.
- to send email or conventional mail to you, after you have purchased a product.
- to let you know by email of new ranges and services that have come in.
- to perform statistical analyses measuring relative interest in the various areas of our site and customer profiles.
