The Ribbon System
The Pole 'n' Tone programme is an empowering fitness routine which suits everyone regardless of age, fitness levels or gender - anyone can learn how to use the vertical pole as a fitness tool and enjoy an energetic, empowering fitness routine.
Make Pole 'n' Tone work for you by picking a course to suit you! The Pole 'n' Tone programme is made up of three class levels, Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced, with each course running over four weeks. You can pick just one course or complete a full term, which is made up of three courses. At the end of each term, there will be a Ribbon Day where you will be given the opportunity to showcase your new skills and be assessed and graded by pole dance fitness experts.
Classes
The Beginners class is for those working towards their Pink and Yellow Ribbons and is perfect for those with no pole dance fitness experience. Focusing on the basics of pole dance fitness, the Beginners class combines floor work, core work, acro balance, spins and dancing.
The Intermediate class is for the Orange and Blue Ribbons working on inverting, more advance spins and provides an introduction into aerial transitions, mounting and dismounting.
The Advanced class is for people working towards their Green and Purple Ribbons perfecting more complicated aerial combinations, hard aerial statics and difficult mounts and dismounts.
There are three membership packages available, Bronze, Silver and Gold, so you can choose how many classes you attend. Find out more under Timetable.
