Pole 'n' Tone has developed one of the leading pole dance fitness programmes in the UK sports and leisure industry and you can make it work for you by completing the Pole ‘n’ Tone Instructor Training course (PIT).
The Pole 'n' Tone Instructor Training course (PIT) is accredited with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) with 16 CPDs endorsed by SkillsActive.
You will receive full support and ongoing training as you learn how to teach pole dance fitness.
Following the PIT course, you have three options:
(1) Become a pole dance fitness instructor and teach independently
(2) Become a valued member of the experienced Pole 'n' Tone team and instruct at Total Fitness health clubs as a Pole ‘n’ Tone instructor.
(3) Buy the Pole ‘n’ Tone licence, which includes the materials, choreography and training to teach pole dance fitness, to establish the Pole ‘n’ Tone programme in your own fitness club.

COURSE FORMAT
PIT is three full days of training followed by one assessment day split over two weekends.
Day 1: You will receive a course manual and home study workbook followed by an introduction into pole dance fitness and participate in a Pole ‘n’ Tone class. You will learn about session planning along with pole choreography and floor work.
Day 2: You will learn pole dance fitness teaching methods followed by several hours of choreography training, including most of the basic tricks, spins and transitions.
Day 3: You will be taught self evaluation and how to evaluate a pole dance fitness session, health and safety specific to pole dance fitness, pole choreography and how to compose routines.
Day 4: Assessment Day consisting of a theory paper, practical teaching assessment and tricks assessment.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
A completed ETM Level 2 or qualified gym instructor. If you are yet to qualify but plan to do so shortly, you will also be eligible for the PIT course.
