Want a celebration with a difference? Then look no further than a Pole 'n' Tone party! Whether it is a hen party, office party, birthday party or you just fancy letting your hair down for a night with the girls, Pole 'n' Tone has an exclusive party package to suit you.
You can choose one of three Pole 'n Tone party packages which are specifically designed and tailored just for you and we will make sure it is a party you and your guests will remember for many years to come! Pick either a Pole Party, Pamper ‘n’ Pole Party or Home Pole Party.
All packages are suitable for women of any size, age or fitness level, our parties start with Namaste (an Eastern greeting to show respect) before a Pole 'n' Tone instructor leads you through a fun warm-up.
You will then be taught the sensual art of pole dancing in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with the emphasis being on having fun with your friends - and, who knows, it could be the beginning of a new and exciting journey in dance that could last a lifetime!
Pole 'n' Tone party packages include venue hire (not applicable for a Home Pole Party), a sound system, poles and professional Pole 'n' Tone instructor plus a little something for the party girl! Contact us today for more information.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are ideal if you want to try pole dance fitness in the comfort of your own home before attending a Pole 'n' Tone course or class. They are also the perfect opportunity to practice a particular move or pole dance fitness routine with one-to-one tutition from a Pole 'n' Tone instructor.
Private lessons are available at Total Fitness in Altrincham, Bolton, Preston, Whitefield and Wilmslow but, if you prefer, a Pole 'n' Tone instructor can come to your home and conduct the lesson there.
Private Lesson at Total Fitness or Casey Lee:
One to One: £40 per hour
Two to One: £20 each per hour
Three+ to One: £15 each per hour
